Multi Trader

We are currently recruiting for 5 Multi Traders in various London locations, including East/North/South and West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Trader to gain employment within a local authority and expand their knowledge and skill set within the public sector. The successful candidates will need to have skills & knowledge within the following: * Plumbing * Carpentry * Plastering * Floor lying * Electricity The role is based on various estate’s working on various types of properties within London, therefore driving license’s and own vehicle with business insurance is a MUST. The post holder would need to have great communication skills as regular contact with tenants is expected, able to work alone and with the strict compliance with all regulations. Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 1pm (at an increased rate) Rate: £20- £26 per hour PAYE (depending on the location and experience) Ideally, candidates will have some experience within a similar setting, housing association or local authority, however this is not essential.
